neither would I, but we're going ahead with this story anyhow, why ?, because we are strong and powerful and fearful and above all we are ratpack and nothing stands in our way.

Today we went to Valdora, Utopia and Clayton's place all at the same time, the ratpack is economic like that. Oh we did stop in at Yandina to buy two chooks, yes, I said chooks, look it up.

Here's some pics:

Inside the hot house, may have rat proof cages but not ratpack proof no sir.

Clayton said if you can lift this Dypsis species orange crush stumpy out of the ground you can have it. We gave it a go, no good, here's Mike trying unsuccesfully (well it's not my fault you keep getting in the pictures). Kids, please, do not try this at home.

When you've spent a day with the ratpack, you don't need alcohol.

A female in the ratpack ? I wouldn't discount that possibility, highly unlikely though. You could be in Ari on condition.

Too true Ari, we are lucky to have you. Now here's the condition, I'm glad you asked. You allow an allotted plot or two of your land to grow palms and other tropicals that WE here buy for you, you assign those plots to us in ratpack spirit only (no real legal ownership of course) and then you become a true ratpacker. In summary, you will have wonderful plants growing on your land that you must plant/maintain but we down here purchase. We could chip in for fertiliser/mulch if needed as well. It's a win win situation Ari, wadda ya say, is it a deal ? you wanna be in the ratpack ? We would love to have ya in.

Wow Ari, that seems to be a heck of a deal. Just make sure to get an exact definition of what Wal is referring to as fertilizer.

Now and then, I'll just drop just to see what condition your condition is in.
