Free 1 gallon flowering trees

Ari from Darwin AU sent me some seed this spring off two of her trees. I am running out of room in my greenhouse. I have given many away but still have more. These are what I have for free:

Jacaranda caucana - no one knows if this will grow here. Worth a shot. 8 left.

Bauhinia acuminata - This one will grow here and is actually not an easy plant to find in SoCal. I should be selling these. 5 left.

These are free but you must pick up. All are in 1 gallons.

How I wish I was in So-Cal now! I bought a lot of expensive seeds from a seller in Texas, but none germinated. They are supposed to be more tropical than mimosifolia.

Do you think they would survive in 9a-9B? IF you have any left...I would love to take them off your hands :winkie: Jacaranda caucana (big purple) & Bauhinia acuminata (white orchid right?) are both beautiful. Now, is their a penalty if they fail on me? hehe.

Bauhinia acuminata will take freezing. For Jacaranda caucana, I have no idea. I know of no one that has this tree here. Either because it is hard to get and no one really tries, or because it just dies. :)

I have like 2 Bauhinias left. Feel free to try one of each. Plant out the Jac next spring.
