Rainbow Eucalyptus seeds, Eucalyptus deglupta - El eucalipto arcoiris

Matt, did you know that Eucalyptus deglupta is one of the most difficult eucalypt species from which to collect seed? If you need any more, just let me know. My Rainbow Eucalyptus blog now has a gallery for growers to add photos of their Rainbow Eucalyptus trees: Rainbow Eucalyptus (deglupta)

My Rainbow eucalyptus is covered with blooms and bees and is setting seeds. I have never collected any of them before. Is there a particular size or color that they are when they should be collected. I grow palms and cycads and the seeds will go to ground if not collected. If I can find out the proper size for germination, I will be glad to share. I am in sunny, south Florida and loving it. Since my original post I've since grown many of these from seed supplied by John. Click the link in his signature above if you want to buy some.
