Wet Season

After 4 days in a row,I think we can say Wet Season has officially clocked in.Year to date is 20.72 inches with normal 17.24.That does not include some very wet downpours going on now.Lake Okeechobee is only 9.75 ft when average is 13.62 ft.South Florida Water Management likes to keep the canals full instead of the Lake.

I'm so happy it's raining again. We went from dry and dusty two weeks ago to a green yard. I've received 5" so far and it's getting ready to rain again!

Meg, It seems like the West coast is always a little dryer and the wet season seems to start over here first.Once that humidity starts,it can't be long.

Where's our rain? We're dying here.

....and here on the island is (...and will be) worse, Meg....we wont see rain out here for a month when it finally does start for you. :(
