If Paul is indeed a liberal as stated in the first post, then that is why his italics didn't work.  He would already be leaning to the left and itlalics lean to the right.  So for Paul it would take two /'s.  One to stand him straight up, and the second to actually lean him to the right.

I knew it had gone big time a while back when I was channel surfing and heard it on MSNBC.  I suspect thats where Paul heard it first.....Or is it a "Chicken and the Egg" sort of thing?   ???
