Hi All,

I've seen this posting on craig's list :Palms for Sale and was wondering if anyone had been out to this nursery or had worked with them at all? They are in Anaheim.

Their website is: Palm King Enterprises

Thanks,

David

I've been there...

Seems they have fallen on hard times and are looking to sell the business.

They had some good prices on 15 gallon and 24" box sun-acclimated Kentias.....

Hmm.....what to do?

If the prices are good, why would the fact that they've "fallen on hard times" deter you?  Business is slow for almost every So. Calif. nursery right now.   If their plants are healthy, go for it.

By the way, what do they want for those 15 gal. and 24" sun acclimated Kentias?

The plants are healthy...They did not have what I was looking for.

Here are the prices they advertise on craigslist:

Kentia 15 gal $175

Kentia 24" box $500

I did not think they were all that special.  The palms were also not that large...There are growers in SD that have sun grown Kentias for less...

Of course I can't remember the price now.

David,

They are right next to the Anaheim Stadium...

It never hurts to stop by and check out what they have.
