IPS Members may not list items for sale from non-member third parties. When discussing new acquisitions, deals, or availability of palms/plants, please refrain from mentioning the names of Big Box stores, nurseries, or other outlets that are not IPS Members. Third parties will be permitted to mention the source, price, or availability of plants, seeds, or garden related products in the course of normal Forum discussions if directly acquired from or offered by IPS Members only. Promotional intent or language by third parties should be avoided.
All palms/plants/seeds offered for sale must include a price and size/quantity. Photos are encouraged. For larger venues or sales, such as nurseries, a link to a price list or a promise of listed prices "at the door" are required. Listings will be removed 60 days after the original posting unless otherwise requested.
The IPS provides this subforum as a courtesy to all those interested in palms.

I have 5 Sabal Lisa in 15" Deep pots for sale in Santa Clarita. Seed batch was purchased from PalmetierMeg in 12/2015. I will say that after growing them for about 5 years, I threw away about 40% of the seedlings because they started to show specimen palmetto regular leaves. Then about in the last year or two the ones I thought I vetted out had about another half that threw out specimen palmetto regular leaves again, so I was quite disappointed. Got this as Ambositrae “Not red” from Phil years ago. Grew into a cool clumping palm that has Onily and Baronii mix look to it. Flowers open white, so closer to Onily type. A variety of rare and collector’s palms for sale ranging from seedling size to established specimens. These species are not typically available at nurseries and generally hard to find, some are quite rare and a couple possibly not offered before in Aus. I have two- 4 Gallon Size Palms for Sale. I grew these from seeds off my own plants. Since they were both in back yard together, I cannot guarantee 100 % purity. But they look like some of the best I’ve grown. One on left was from my Cocco miraguama var. ‘havanensis’…..one on the Right is from my Cocco borhidiana. I have an extra pot of 15 ‘pure’ Cop. macroglossa seedlings (left pot in pic) $45/all 15 ($3 each). Also a pot of 20 Cop. macroglossa F2 hybrid seedlings (right pot in pic)from my palm in back yard. This palm was bought as macro but turned out to be a hybrid, other parent unknown. Most people speculate baileyana is other parent. Seedlings are from seeds of this hybrid.
