Someone must be devoted to growing Colorado Blue Spruce or Hemlocks , etc , at their southern limits.... Do they run air conditioners on them during hot spells ? Do they seek out varieties more tolerant of heat ? Are they nuts like us ?

I have an old computer I'd like to get rid of. Before I do that, I want to totally purge the drive of all my old data. Some of it is confidential. I understand that most deleted data can be recovered. Is there a way to prevent that? Maybe I'm being a bit paranoid, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thoughts appreciated.

What do you think? Do you pull Clayton Kershaw after he strikes out 13, has no one reach base and still going strong, in 7 innings of perfection?... Tough call, but that's what Roberts did the other night... I really like Kershaw's attitude about it... He said it would have been nice, but he was in it to win a championship not the personal glory... A lot of guys would have thrown a tantrum, but he calmly went along with his mangers decision... The 51 year old VW Baja Bug I've had, and modified for the last 6 years... The 36 year old Suzuki Samurai, I bought about a month ago... It is bone stock except for the rims and paint... The Samurai will go any place the Baja will, but at a much slower pace... A 1.3 liter engine, and short suspension travel, won't allow for any speed off-road... Maybe I catch the tail light of an old MGB in a garage or the front fender of a Bentley but I notice them and wish I could see the whole vehicle. So join in ! The constellation Orion is in the evening sky during the winter season. Embedded in the sheath of Orion's sword is M42, the Orion nebula. The following image of the nebula was taken with a 4.5 inch telescope at f/4 . Four exposures were made through clear, red , green and blue filters with a total exposure time of 17.5 minutes. Was always interested in growing hydroponically, wasn’t sure I would ever get the chance to do it. It just so happens the owner of the company I work for had this setup in his garage and did one vegetable grow and shut it down ( as a lot of labors of love go lol ). His wife told him to use it or sell it, so we set it up in one of the mostly empty storage rooms at our shop. Kinda funny I work at a steel fabrication shop and get paid to play around with a hydro setup whenever I want, not that I need any more responsibilities or plant projects lol. Anyway the trough system is a lettuce growing machine. This is 5 weeks from seed
