Anyone know who is in charge of these emails? I received 2 identical emails (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) on Thursday, 8/1, stating that my membership will soon need renewal. I replied to both of them, "I tried to renew my membership through the website, and when I logged in and clicked the New button, it says "Account - This content is restricted to subscribers". When I go through the Membership link at the top of the page and click "Join Now", it takes away the option for a one-year membership inside the US (the $55 one). Please advise." It has been one and a half weeks and I have yet to receive a reply. This is not good if IPS is already struggling…

Please log onto the IPS website (palms.org) and go to the Palms - Current Year to see that we now have Spanish translations of selected articles. Click on the "(Leer en Español)" link to see the articles (complete with photos and captions) translated into Spanish. The translations have been checked and improved by IPS Board members Fernando Pacho Roca and Paco Marti, and we are extremely grateful for their efforts. We'll be adding more articles in Spanish soon. Feel free to announce this to your friends and promote it on social media.

Just wondering when the BOD meeting minutes will be available to the membership? I inquired about them months ago and have yet to hear or see anything. Maybe one of the current directors could post. Tim

Kudos to the Editors of Palms on the spectacular vignette by Pier Giorgio Campodonicicio and Claudio Littardi on the historical background of Palm Horticultural along the French and Italian Riviera during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Masterful and one of the best I have viewed commencing with 1956. Thank you!
