What the heck was this Plant? A small vine with unique flower

I saw this I believe at the Hanging Bridges and I don't remember seening any others while I was there.

Anyone know what it is?

Zone 10a at best after 07, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 35-90 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

It looks close, but there were no leaves around, it was like they grew on a vine.

You guys.... don't you know what that is?

That is a very toxic plant only found in tropical places!!

If you touch it you will die within 72 hours!!!

Stay AWAY from that plant!
