I was wondering if anyone in central or south Florida has had any luck with Pritchardia beccariana. I have been working with about a half dozen and I'm getting mixed results. None of those results are that great. I haven't exposed them to too cold an environment. This species is reputed to be one of the more cold hardy of the Pritchardias. We even have a bunch of P. pacifica growing rather well in the area. I'd be interested to know if anyone has had any success with this species (in Fla).
