trouble ID'ing this palm

Hello all,

I'm sure people ask this question are too often, so I did the research first.

I've looked on the options http://www.palmidentifier.com/and none of them seem quite right.

This palm is planted in a commercial setting in Kailua-Kona Hawaii.  Very neat and tidy make up,  no ribbons, Palmate leaves not- costapalmate

I'm very familiar with the pritchardia thurstonii  it is not that.

seems to be too neat and tidy for Pritchardia hillebrandii

Gathered some seeds want to know what I have.  See Photos with Fruit skin and seed example, '

Trees about 25 to 30ish foot tall-

Close up of inflorescence.

I feel like these are fairly special palms and always notice them when I drive by.

any help is appreciated.

Pritchardia viscosa??

Probably dont even have the right genus. Livistona , Latania ?

Thanks in advance

Noob Dusty

Hmmm. trunk seems small in diameter for that- but now that you say that- the seeds look right. I know bismarckia is slow growing and I just dont see these being that old to be so tall. The building is relatively newish.

i'll look at that suggestion closer.

Yeah seeds are dead on, that's disappointing- i was thinking it was something more special.

Thanks for the quick reply and answers.

Seeds dont lie, lol
