We have some out of our contact in Thailand. But, they don’t seem to be doing much. Do you both know any tricks to germinating these puppies? How many are you looking for?

I've only tried to germinate them once and was successful.  Community pot inside my house during summer (around 80º) with no supplemental bottom heat - no special tricks, but it took awhile.

Howea seeds germinate sporadically from 30 days to 2 years. They should not be harvested until fully ripe. They sound really tricky to me. I would look for germinated seeds or small seedlings.
