What methods do you use to grow seeds?

I grow all my seeds in individual jiffy pot trays and keep them humid by using either plastic wrap or by storing the trays in a humid greenhouse.

I take a plastic bag, fill it with half perlite half peat moss, add water until I get the desired moisture, then I throw the seeds in, close the bag, shake it up very well, and then set it somewhere warm and wait.

Community pots with labels indicating the type of plant, the sow date, number of seeds in the pot, and any special notes about where/who gave me the seeds.  I sit them on a heat mat that is on at night.  They are usually near a window for some extra daytime heat.  I usually check them after 4 weeks unless they are a fast species like washingtonia.  After that, I typically check every 2 weeks.
