Variegated form of Aptenia cordifolia. Can use it as a ground cover, or let it cascade /  hang in it's own pot. Reddish or Pinkish Flowers.

Thanks again, I notd while entering it in my database that it has been reclassified as

mesembryanthemum cordifolia f. variegata 

Thought you'd like to know
