New Brahea decumbens

I finally got around to planting a brahea decumbens which I had in a container. I thought I'd share a photo here. It's in a bed with others of the same genus (super silver & pimo), so im looking forward to seeing them all mature.

Josue: Hope the fronds on yours turn color faster than mine. I've been waiting almost ten years for the leaves on my large, healthy palm to turn from green to blue!! Same thing with my Brahea 'Super Silver.' :bummed:

Oh my! 10 years? I have both Super Silver and decumbens in the sunniest spot in the yard - crossing my fingers that I don't have to wait that long.

Very nice Joe! How old is it? I'm assuming it's seed grown.

@Josh-O you have one or more of these no? Let's see em!

Here is my B. decumbens, which I grew from liner-size and put into the berm about three years ago. It gets hours of direct morning and afternoon sun, but remains bright green... so far. Also, my latest coconut palm that I just replanted. This is the time of year the big box stores seem to put them on sale and I took pity on this one.
