A Botanical Garden for Sacramento CA?

bar

Recommended Posts

For those of you in the Sacramento, CA area, we are in the process of trying to convince the city council to convert the financially strapped Land Park golf course into a botanical garden.  If you are interested in signing our petition, please click on the link, which will take you to our new Facebook page.  Please only sign if you live within 30 miles or so of Sacramento.  In order to make the petition legitimate it must be signed by residents of our area. Our goal is at least ten thousand signatures. We are doing this by a combination of online and paper petitions.

Hey you Sacramento people (and I know we have quite a few central valley folk as well).  If you want this we need to let the city council know!
