Trachycarpus fortunei seedling questions

I have a bunch of seedlings that banana joe shipped to me bare root you could see before he shipped he clipped a some brown tips off. No biggie. Since then I’ve had them two months doing ok. Except a few are brown tipping  I’m using pro mix hp. The exact same as joe and also I only water when each seedling needs it. Not just today’s watering day so every plant gets water when it’s needed. I keep the soil moist never wet. Am I do doing anything wrong? The room sits between 73 and 77 degrees and there under led plant grow lights with all the good spectrums.  All my other seedlings are doing well and loving it.

Seedling looks healthy overall and is sending up a second leaf. Brown tipping could be due to low humidity, which is quite common in homes.
