After applying my fert to my chamaerops humilis,I seen a derelomus chamaerops weevil,I can't find info on this bug,are they dangerous to my palm or are they just a pollinator and harmless?

Just a pollinator and not bad for your palm. As far as I'm aware they don't occur naturally in the Uk so must have arrived as a stowaway on your imported palm.

Have you pictures of the bug? Was it red or black?

Don't worry, this is a tipical insect in the spanish Chamaerops and it is not dangerous for your palm. They eat male pollen in the Chamaerops, but they pollinate the female Chamaerops. 

They are very important for the spanish Chamaerops population. But now, your weevil is in other country and i think the best is kill it.
