The old Hastings’ property is for sale

Hey y’all. As you know my friend and neighbor Bob Hastings passed away a few months ago. Now the house and 4 acres of property is for sale. They completely remodeled the entire house and it’s clean and modern. Kinda sad not being able to see the old walls that Bob built himself but they did a really nice job updating it. Most of the 50 year old cycad collection was dug up and the water was turned off so the garden is hurting, but it’s got potential. This is one of the best microclimates in CA set upon fractured metavolcanic rock, i.e. perfect drainage. Ultimate low in the 2007 freeze was 38f.  Anyways, if one of you palm geeks wants to be my neighbor, here’s the link.
