Very sad Chinese Fan Palm

So I was at a nursery, and in the back corner they had this sad Chinese Fan Palm. The nursery sold it to me for about a cheap price of $20, so it was a big bargain. But as you can see, it is very sad. Does anyone have any tips on how I can save this palm? All suggestions appreciated.
