Neglected Trachycarpus fortunei growth rate in Maryland

So I posted this palm in another thread and just looked on google maps per a PM on here thanks @MDPalm! The first picture is july 2014, last is from mid to late December. Growth rate isnt terribly fast, but OC is NOTORIUS for neglecting any and all landscaping (especially "exotics"). Judging by the size its been here for a while, and easily escaped my eyes for years as its of the beaten path, unless you were big on car washes while on vacation. I am not lol.

Palms growing in my garden: Trachycarpus Fortunei, Chamaerops Humilis, Chamaerops Humilis var. Cerifera, Rhapidophyllum Hystrix, Sabal Palmetto

Nice siting though... South facing wall, protected from the north wind.  Looks like there was another one to the left of it near the bush on the left from the street view.  The other didn't look to healthy in 2014 on Google.

They are notorious for planting and neglecting anything and everything. Talking with the nursery people outside the city they got really mad when discussing it. But even neglected they seem to do well enough. With some TLC i can only imagine... oh wait Solomons island has some. Ill have to try and get out there one day as its where my love for palms started!
