Alberto has formed headed for the Gulf coast this weekend.  Hopefully it is not a precursor of things to come.

Here, we've recorded 9.34" for the month; almost triple our monthly average of 3.19".  I can take a pass on this storm and let the panhandle folks have some. :)

Same here; 4-6" expected over the weekend. Our canal is almost up to rainy season normal. Crazy good, at least for now.

Now being forecasted to become a Tropical system which means moisture increase, even more rain. Alberto is in the Gulf moving north pulling away from out latitude so rain chances will diminish here. But the rain event is said to intensify as it reaches the Panhandle of Florida. 4 hours since my last post, has rained continually since.

I have excellent drainage, my palms are loving this.

It's up here out in the Gulf now.  It shifted east last time I checked so it is a little closer to the shore than they figured.  No handwatering on the panhandle this weekend.
