I'll try again. This is a Licuala aurantiaca that fell over during the hurricane. I put a stack of bricks underneath for support and it now is righting itself and has a nice curve in the trunk.

Beautiful palm.  I've been growing an L. aurantiaca from seed, and it's been growing steadily, albeit slow; probably a few more years, before it's ready for the ground.  A friend has one in the ground, that has really taken off, but is still a ways off from yours.  The yellow petioles, and it's seemingly greater tolerance of cool/cold, seem to make it a good choice for Southern California.   Same for 'Sumawongii'.
