New chamaerops and advice

I moved into a new home and Garden is next project,so tidying up etc,so I bought a new chamaerops humilis came in a 110liter pot and weighing at 100kgs,biggest I got,it hasn't flowered this season I don't know why,how many liters of water is needed for a palm this big,and how many liters of liquid fertilizer (palm focus) is needed,advice would be greatful thanks

these are really drought tolerant but if its drought then they go in suspended animation and don't grow but still look in good health. I had one in a 60L pot that i went to plant in the ground and it was bone dry and dusty and the palm didnt seem to care, Are you keeping it in a pot or planting it in the ground? this time of year i'd expect something like 1.5 litres per day when its really hot and sunny to maximise growth

 

For feeding i give mine a big spoonful of slow release sprinkled on the soil in spring. I also give them some other feeds and seaweed extract at least once per year but these palms thrive on neglect you will struggle to kill it in my experience but it might not be used to full sun so if you can give it filtered light for a week or 2 to adjust  it'll probably  be better
