Will this grow led lamp be good?

I wanted to advise , would this lamp grow led be good for my palms? http://allegro.pl/zarowka-led-grow-54w-e27-7-kolorow-do-roslin-hps-i5679266472.html In the winter I would like to brighten for rather small and medium plants. I'm just worried, that they did not burn my leaves. I read many websites and guides for half a year and chose this lamp one because it has a lot of lumens and kelvin and better diodes, than those from China. I do not want to buy on aliexpress because I do not trust this portal. I prefer in my country.

In my experience so far you don't have to worry about too much leaf burn until you start buying lights from grow-operation suppliers.  

This year I tried this little guy: http://a.co/elYG5MK  and it made a noticeable difference for my ginger/tumeric away from the window.  I plan to move up to some LED panels this next year.

I have had about 4 of these LEDs, but I don't think they were good. I found better LEDs which I'm using for long, I have a palm aquarium where I have only these LEDs (no sun) and they grow great!
