Hello this a Mediterranean fan palm was planted on august 2017 and made it through the winter.

Should I expect to see new growth on the other trunks, and can I spray peroxide to prevent fungus?

^^^What he said. Mine that burned with no pulled spears still haven't woken up and may never wake up. Only time will tell and right now most of us are still playing the waiting game with zone pushing plants.
