...and these guys are just waiting to go in the ground. Waiting on a rhapidophyllum and minor too, and looking to get a few fortunei too. But everything is ready and waiting for the cold spell to be over so they can enjoy that red/brown clay!

 

Dont have much hopes for the cycads, but curious to try them in the better microclimate a d see how they do. All 4 totaled out to maybe 25 or 30 for 4 plants so not a terrible loss. The cerifera was looking much better a week ago, but started to hate life inside and in a pot. I am facing WNW so these are facing ESE sorta and 100% blocked from bad juju winds that come from the west and north.

Well january weather has been extended tip not this friday but next it seems. Seems all the flowers and budding trees will likely die back and delay spring again like last year... days in the low to mid 40s and nights in the low 30s and sometimes high 20s for brief moments. I dont expect much bellow freezing but there is alot of close to 32f weather at night lately. Pretty depressing to say the least as we saw all the signs of spring being here.
