Be Leary of buying plants online with promises of a guarantee. I got this one as a Christmas present from an online seller in Georgia. I received two and must admit they looke pretty bad and appeared burnt. I kept them inside protected from the cold winter temps. In less than one month one appeared dead. I asked for my guarantee to be honored and Tytyga said in six months this one would be fine. So no replacement! I won’t buy another palm from anyone else but Joe in Texas.

Occasionally our customers have issues too, mainly root sensitive palms, but we have sent out replacements almost every single time. We appreciate your business.

Yes sir things sometimes happen. My wife is the cake lady in our area and things pop up in our business at times. Occasionally things are wrong or forgotten...but so far have been able to make good on commitments . America is full of broken promises. I’m glad to hear that other small business owners believe in honesty and integrity.

Luckily I live about 1.5 hours from Tyty and I can see what I’m buying. I’ve bought 3 palms from there. Those palms aren’t protected, and we had a freak snow storm come through. I think the only palms they protect are the queens they sell.
