The lack of inclement weather in the region this season has been a blessing. 

I pray the lack of direct sunshine due to the neighbor's  newly erected construction behind the fence does not become my palms' downfall. (No pun intended).

Today will likely be the last 90's [Ventura county/ Coachella valley] for a while and rain is forecast next week :D I hope
