Good evening!

I am looking for seeds or seedlings of the above Palm also known as Ceylon Palm. I cannot import anything bigger than a seedling into the U.K. because of a recent ban on anything more than 5cm trunk diameter. Bigger species require a Phytosanitary certificate.

Thankyou for your time :)

Regards,

simon
