Roebelenii hybrid?

I was wondering which robelenii hybrid this could be? The fronds are about 5 feet long and trunk about 6 inches diameter. Only it has about 20 feet clear trunk.

The second palm is from the same park in the center of Funchal. It looks like a normal roebelenii and it has about 10 feet clear trunk. I don't think that the first palm is pure roebelenii, but could it be because of the thin trunk and nearly the same size fronds like other roebeleniis?

Could they have just gotten really tall with longer leaves in attempt to beat all that shade? I have never seen them so tall pretty cool.
