I was sold this palm as a Areca..but someone suggested it might be a Kentia or Dypsis Lut..????

Looks like Dypsis lutescens, Golden Cane Palm. I've noticed on some forums people calling this "Areca" as a common name saying the plant came with that label. It's a bit unfortunate and confusing when a plant is labelled with a name from a totally unrelated genus.

Any chance there's two different species here? I see 4 trunks, the 2 on the left look like Howea f and the 2 on the right look like they are crownshafted palms, possibly D lutescens. Can you get a closer shot of the bases?

A true Areca sp probably can't survive even indoors in northern Europe. I have trouble keeping most species alive long term outdoors here so have to keep them potted. They are highly prone to spider mites in winter

This because too hot and dry? Why you say that mega? Fuerteventura has same climate as Miami
