tree id -probably araucaria

The large leaning Auaucaria in the center is what I wanted to ID.  I was guessing Araucaria columnaris?  A friend is moving into this home in Encinitas and was asking about some of the plants in the garden.  Some nice orchids mounted on some trees in the garden too.  A few palms, but pretty common stuff albeit some are mature (Dypsis lutescens, Rhopalostylis sapida, not in this photo and some of the Howea's you can see in this photo).  If I'm wrong on my id, or correct, let me know so I can pass along to the homeowner..... thanks in advance for the responses.

Looks like an araucaria to me, but i am viewing on my phone. A close up of the needles would help with a positive id.

Wow, neat!

And, an added bonus: they LACK the Cones of Doom of some of their cousins. They do have cones, just not monsters to smash heads, cars, etc. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Araucaria_columnaris
