Has anyone heard from Cindy since the hurricane went through PR ? I am getting concerned about her and I am sure others would like to know how she is coping.

Have not heard directly, but her friend Elvis posted that had spoken to her... via text? (I can't remember) that she had made it through alive.. but that was about the extent of the news. I suspect like most of the Island, she is having a hard time.. :(

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

I got an indirect message today from a mutual friend who got it via a relative:  Cindy has been in touch with family with help from neighbors, is doing fine and no need to worry about her.  No cell service at that time (2 days ago?) She is reportedly upbeat and seeing progress in electrical repairs.

Hang in there Cindy! Brighter days ahead.

Thanks Kim and Bill. I must have missed the post by Elvis. Relieved to know that Cindy is safe. I just hope her pretty home and lovely gardens aren't too badly damaged.
