Mystery Coccothrinax sp #2

My second unknown Coccothrinax is in my Caribbean front garden. I bought it as "Coccothrinax sp" along with the C. spissa next to it at a palm sale in Homestead in 2008. Both barely survived the awful freeze in Jan. 2010. While the C. spissa is barely as tall as I am, its unknown sibling towers over me, close to 10'. Its crown of small leaves is sparse and small. Its trunk is very skinny. We have it permanently staked because even after nearly 10 years it has not securely rooted itself. Over the years I was sure it was on its last leg before keeling over dead, yet it survives year after year and grows taller. Okay, it's not a candidate for palm of the year but it is a survivor  and every year produces a crop of seeds as sparse as its crown. Even homely palms need love. Once again, I haven't come across any species in this genus quite like it. So, any ideas what it might be?
