 Hopefully, this will not be too far afield of appropriate topics. I apologize if it is. 

  I have several euphorbias that are being assaulted by this parasitic plant. it is very aggressive.it is an amber colored vine. no leaves just the vine. it wraps itself around the host in a very active constricting way. have been removing it painstakingly with pliers. it leaves a sticky residue. any ideas on what it is, and how to be rid of it? thanks in advance. Yes! and thank you!  i did some googling after seeing your comment. i have never seen this before. and here i thought i was going to get through the whole day without learning anything new!
