Heyall'

I lost some planted palms due to this DANG thing

Any suggestions to KILL them but not harmful for the palms?

I recently made the rare and reluctant decision to use a systemic insecticide. ( Neonicotinoid )  the affected tree was too tall to spray with the friendlier ag products I would normally use.  I wish you luck in beating the problem. cheers
