Today's favorite trio at my place.

After a rain these look even more vibrant.  No need to water here! Hardly ever rains before 1 pm even in the wet season, so for a morning person like me, I just start at dawn and save inside projects for the afternoons.

Below is Calyptocalyx pachystachys "mottled" if that is actually the correct name?

Nice! Woodfordiana doesn't grow for me, but should do great for your elevation. I am a Heterospathe fan, for sure.

Those Calyptrocalyx are some of my favorite garden palms. C. leptostachys is such a great little palm and should seed freely for you

giving you a chance to create a small grove.

So jealous......

Great plants and I'm sure no matter where to you decide to plant them they will compliment the garden.

So glad you did not resist! Yours top mine for sure.

Thanks Jim. I wish I had a bunch of each to spread around in every shady area!
