I have these two B alfredii in same pots same soil in full sun overwintered in a greenhouse hanging out in container ranch until pool gets built. One on left is green one on right yellowish. I tried ironite... no help. The roots are kind of weak. I just staked it. What do I do?

Does the healthy one on the left have more roots than the other?  I'm assuming this since it does not need stake.  Have you tried using a root stimulator?  They look pretty good otherwise - I would personally move them off the concrete out of full sun since the black containers would retain a lot of heat.  They still look relatively young and can handle the heat better in the ground.  Where did you get yours?  I'm looking for one of these myself.  I contacted Mark in Oceanside, CA who has one this size, but won't ship.

Root stimulator hmmm . Wonder if anyone would chime in if this works for palms. I've never had a problem with heat and I read they grow faster in full sun. Maybe I will put them in part sun. The greener one is from Phil at jungle music the pale one is from see breeze nursery in Florida

Alfies can handle full blazing sun.  I had bifid leaf one gallons in full sun, in black pots next to a pool receiving additional reflected light from the water.  They loved it.  But be sure to water generously.

Hard to tell why exactly your one is lighter than the other.  Is it still pushing leaves?  If so, that is a good sign.

its still pushing leaves no problem. I'm leaning towards weak roots causing iron or manganese deficiency. Not sure what I can do though. Jim in los altos lost a big one to weak roots.
