Second item, I believe is a Rhopalostylis in shade (not sapida obviously), but wasn't confident on my id for this either.

Number two looks certainly like Rhopalostylis baueri.  :greenthumb:

First one has Beccariophoenix mad. look to it...

Yes, definitely not Howea species.  Leaf shape is completely wrong for either forstseriana or belmoreana.  Perhaps a closer look...

That was my initial thought, but I haven't grown one personally so wasn't sure at this size.

Very coco with the yellow petiole....I have a couple of small B. alfredii's in the ground, my have have to put a B. mad in too.  :hmm:
