Is this a veitchia?

Can anyone identify the palms in the photo below?  Are they some type of veitchia? 

The photo was taken from my hotel room window in Sarasota.

I don't think it' D. leptocheilos, the trunk and leaf scars have kind of a royal palm look and shape. The crown shaft also looks to be smooth rather than wooly.

They are Dypsis leptocheilos. They need fertilizing and maybe a lower pH around all that concrete.
