Dear Sir,

I ceased mail order since Fed Ex can NEVER DO ANYTHING CORRECT!  The last customer thought they were unbelievable.  Also, California Ag Dept charges phytosanitary fee ($35.00 for one plant or a whole truck load) plus inspection fee of $32.50.  This was a few years ago so probably more now.  If you buy one plant, for example, it could cost almost $100.00 with shipping (even when barefooted if possible for that particular species).  It is your decision.  I will use the U.S.P.S., but the order will need to be large enough and time must be allowed for a certain quarantine for PR.   If you decide, I will provide more details later.
