Last pic shows the underside leaf color (top leaf) compared to the topside (lower leaf)

Reminds me of a young Reinhardtia latisecta, but I can't really see whole leaves.

If so, long way from home...

My first thoughts were also  Reinhardtia latisecta.

Looks a lot like R latisecta.

There maybe a few varieties as with R.gracilis.
