Id this please ?! Chamaedorea or dypsis?

So I bought this guy a year ago or so it hasn't done anything until the last few weeks. I bought it as chamaedorea radicalis which it looks nothing like my other radicalis and I also noticed the new spear emerging was solid red the red has started to fade away and now you can only see red at he lower half. Any ideas ? Maybe dypsis?

Maybe give a clearer close up of the base?

There's two forms of Onies, one stiff and the other droopy
