Just wondering when the BOD meeting minutes will be available to the membership? 

I inquired about them months ago and have yet to hear or see anything. 

Maybe one of the current directors could post.

I've logged into palms.org and do not see the BOD meeting minutes from June 2016. 

All that is posted are the President's, Financial, and Secretary reports.
