Small palms ID

Hoping someone can ID these palms please. They were on the property 14 years ago when I bought it and haven't noticeably grown in all that time. No idea as to how old they are but the previous owner had the place for about 15 years so no older than 15 + 14 years. There are 3 and, other than the usual senescence of old and development of new fronds, I've never noticed any growth on any of them until the other day one seems to be forming a trunk. None of them have ever flowered.

The one that appears to be forming a trunk, which is a new development.

Any advice on what they might be would be appreciated, thanks.
