I have some Butia x Jubaea and Jubaea x Butia seeds in different germinating conditions of temperature and different germinating mediums since a half year.

Only one seed has germinated until now.

Is there anyone who can give me some informations regarding temperatures or germination mediums for this species of seeds?

Plant in a poor mix of clay, sand, or standard dirt.  These are "thrive with neglect" germinators based on my experience.

Try putting in the sun where they will get temperature extremes during the day and night.  Sometimes this works better than constant bottom heat.
