Hybred Syagrus (Coco queen)

This coco-queen was a 15 gallon about 9 years ago when my yard was in need of canopy.  My Sabal mauritiiformis and others  now need more sun and the Syagrus is getting moved or sold soon.  I have a buddy that will help me move it next week to another part of the yard but if someone is interested I would  sell it for $900.  Jungle jack sells the same palm for a minimum of $1,500.  Legoland and Disneyland California adventure paid this much during expansion.  They are hybredized in Thailand and they will become more difficult to obtain in the future because this "maker" is no longer "making" this seed. They are extremely cold hearty and drought tolerant.  They also transplant without problem. I also have 5 gallons for $35. I am in Northern San Diego County.   You can text or call me at 760-420-5982

Ya, It got moved but I got so many little ones and they are so fast I could simply start over.  I got one offer of $750 but it was after the move and the wife likes the shade so it's stuck.  All good

I'm confused: is this an actual hybrid or a straight syagrus romanzoffiana?

It's a Coco Queen.  Hybrid.  Think they might be called Super Parrots in your neck of the woods.

Ben, what are the parents of the Coco Queen? I'm wondering if my Queens are actually this hybrid?

Price on 5 gallon?  shipping?    Still have the one I bought from you when I stopped at your place.  Should have bought more when I was there with my truck.

Syagrus Romanzoffianum x Syagrus Schizophylla the cross the other way isn't as desirable. Same hardiness as a regular queen
