Again, there is officially only one species, but seeing the color underneath the leaves, I would say that we can see either whitish color or golden color. S leucophylla / S. elegans ?

Our plant has white color... and fruits:

Very nice Philippe, A few years back these were all lumped back into one species as you stated, even though two of them have different coloring to the undersides of the leaves. I really like this palm and use to have it in the garden but I lost it back in the 2010 freeze. I would someday like to get more growing again because I love the species that come out of PNG. Thanks for sharing.
